These Terms of Service govern your use of the Uodao website and your purchases from our store. Please read them before placing an order.

Uodao is operated by Starlight Silo LLC, an online retailer based in Denver, Colorado. We sell battery-powered electric garden sprayers and related products to customers in the contiguous United States.

1. Who Can Use Our Store

By using our store, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
You provide accurate information, including name, shipping address, and payment details
You are not using the store for unlawful or commercial resale purposes
You reside in or are ordering for delivery to the contiguous United States

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for activity under compromised accounts.

We strive to represent our products accurately, including descriptions, specifications, and images. However:

Specifications may change without notice
Customers are responsible for confirming suitability before purchase

If your order does not match its description materially, please contact us. Our Return & Refund Policy applies.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate shipping info, or product availability. Full refunds will be issued if canceled.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. The checkout total is final.
Promotional pricing applies only to specified dates and cannot be retroactively applied.
Payments are accepted via PayPal only. Guest checkout is available.
All payment info is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders are not supported.
Shipping fees: Free for orders $50+; $8 for orders under $50.
Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and design, is owned by Uodao or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use content, logos, or product images without prior written consent.

Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools for checkout, payments, and analytics. Uodao is not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Shopify's Role

Our store runs on Shopify, which may process data on our behalf. Shopify is not responsible for customer interactions or purchases.

We may update Terms to reflect changes in operations, offerings, or laws. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes are resolved in Colorado courts.

19. General

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with Privacy, Shipping, and Return Policies, form the entire agreement.
