Shipping Policy
This page explains how Uodao processes and ships orders — including timelines, shipping fees, regions we serve, and what to do if something goes wrong during delivery. All timeframes are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) unless otherwise noted.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
We do not ship to:

Alaska (AK)

Hawaii (HI)

Puerto Rico

Guam
-
U.S. Virgin Islands

Other U.S. territories

International addresses
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories involves significantly higher carrier costs. At our current scale, we are not able to absorb these costs or pass them on to customers at a reasonable rate. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future and will update this policy if that changes.
Orders from unsupported regions will not be processed and will receive a full refund automatically.
2. Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more to the contiguous 48 states.

Orders under $50: flat standard shipping fee of $8.00.
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout. There are no additional handling or processing fees.
Expedited or express shipping is not available at this time. We are a small operation and do not currently offer expedited services.
3. Order Processing Time
Order cutoff: 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on a business day begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Processing includes verifying payment, preparing your order, and handing it off to the shipping carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment warehouse in Denver, Colorado.
4. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Standard shipping estimates:

Order processing: 1–3 business days

Standard transit: 5–6 business days
Estimated total delivery: 6–9 business days from the order date.
Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and peak season volume.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
All orders ship domestically within the United States. No customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments to the contiguous 48 states.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

Tracking number

Link to track your package on the carrier website
If you do not receive a tracking email within 4 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact support@uodao.com with your order number.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage:

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product before discarding anything.

Contact support@uodao.com with your order number and photos.

Do not discard original packaging until your case is resolved — carriers may require it for a damage claim.
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
8. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order:

Check around your property, with neighbors, or building management.

Contact the carrier using your tracking number to open an investigation (24–48 hours typical).

Email support@uodao.com with your order number and the carrier’s outcome. We will assist once the package status is confirmed.
9. Delays: Weather, Holidays, and Peak Seasons
Delivery may be delayed due to:

Severe weather or natural events

High carrier volume during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

U.S. federal holidays
Check your tracking link first. If your shipment hasn’t updated in over 5 business days or shows an error, contact us for assistance.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Double-check your shipping address before checkout. Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected.
If you notice a mistake immediately after placing an order, email support@uodao.com. Address changes are only possible before the order is handed to the carrier.
Uodao is not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
