Return & Refund Policy

This page explains how returns and refunds work at Uodao. We've written it in clear, straightforward language so you know exactly what to expect before and after your purchase.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

The 30-day period begins on the confirmed delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information, not the order date.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return window are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following situations:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Does not function as described

  • Is defective upon arrival

  • Is different from what you ordered

We will arrange a return and provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

If you:

  • Ordered the wrong model

  • No longer need the item

  • Changed your mind after purchase

You may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains unused and in resalable condition.

Original packaging is preferred but not required. Please use secure packaging that adequately protects the product during return shipping.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Be unused for change-of-mind returns

  • Include all original accessories and components

  • Show no signs of misuse, abuse, modification, or accidental damage

Returns may be denied if:

  • The product has been used, filled with liquid, assembled, or operated (unless defective)

  • Components or accessories are missing

  • Damage resulted from improper use or handling


4. Return Shipping Costs

We Cover Return Shipping When:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

In these situations, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide return instructions as applicable.

Customer Covers Return Shipping When:

  • The return is due to a change of mind

  • The wrong model or size was ordered

  • The product is no longer wanted

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your refund has been completed.


5. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any item, email:

support@uodao.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

  • Photos if the product is damaged or defective

Our team typically responds within one business day.

Step 2: Wait for Return Instructions

Do not send products to any address shown on the shipping label or package.

We will provide the correct return instructions and authorized return address.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, return the item using a shipping service that provides tracking information.

Please retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been completed.


6. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

  • Refunds cannot be sent to a different payment account

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 8 business days after receiving confirmation from us, please contact your payment provider first and then reach out to our support team if necessary.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your sprayer arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email support@uodao.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Please keep all original packaging until your case has been resolved, as carriers may require it during a damage investigation.

After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Products used beyond normal inspection

  • Products filled with liquids or operated (unless defective)

  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper storage

  • Products missing key parts or accessories

  • Unauthorized returns sent without contacting us first

  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.

To request cancellation, email:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • "Cancel Order" in the subject line

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.


10. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged or defective.

For other exchange requests, such as switching to a different model, please contact our support team. Availability depends on current inventory levels.
